Pendant- heart and cross with diamond and sapphires for daughter

Beautiful 8k (399) gold on 925 sterling silver in this lovely heart pendant with a cross in the center. The center of the cross has a small diamond and there are 4 blue sapphires around it. The back is engraved “May the Lord Bless and Keep You My Precious Daughter”. A weighty 16.9 grams. It would be nice on either a silver or gold chain. 1.5” x 1”.
