Pendant watch on gold chain

This Sheffield pendant watch, from 1965, has been tenderly cared for and works like a charm. The crystal is set in a gold tone base metal bezel and case. The “12” hour marker is at the bottom because the watch is meant to be read upside down while worn. The watch – which is mechanical and must be wound -- hangs from a beautiful 14K yellow gold chain (20.5” L) with a barrel clasp and safety lock. One owner and in excellent condition.
