Does this have a hood? And how wide is this at the shoulder seams? And what are the care instructions

@metroamy hello, this jacket does have a hood. It tucks away when you don't need to use it. The shoulders measure 20in laying flat. Pit to pit is 21in and legth is 27.5in in the front and 32in in the back. All laying flat.
