Beautiful vintage wrap skirt made of textured woven fabric. This skirt has some flexibility in sizing if you move the buttons. When I bought it I moved the buttons in a bit to make it snugger on my waist. As it is now the waist is 13.5” across, hips 18” across, 33.5” long.
