This was truly a great find! This Pendleton Knockabouts Tartan flannel wrap skirt is in great condition- except two patches on inner side of the wrap. They are not visible at all when skirt is worn. Unable to confirm original size, I would estimate this would fit a modern day size 6 or under best. I have a 28” waist and it fits a bit tight.
