I am a Pendleton menswear collector -- and have been for decades. I own this identical coat in a size 42. Pendleton's trademark royal blue stitched-in branding and sizing tag declares it a size 38. You list this garment as a size "M" [Medium]. In men's garments, a size 38 is not considered a Medium. It is considered a "Small." ~~ Bob
