@kimahall4 Portland, OR. I’m not sure if she’s still in business, but she would go to Pendleton Woolen Mills to pick out the fabric, then hand sew the bags from beginning to end. At least that’s what the sales associate at the store told me (I purchased this at Patagonia in downtown Portland)
