New wool is NOT smooth and soft and will have shedding. No wool items I sell have been shrunken or washed unless specified. I love Dale of Norway and often sell pieces. Dale of Norway run extremely small. They are NOT plus size.   I offer cheap prices because I don't do all of the above. If you are a pain, move on because I don't want to deal with you.
