Does this fit smaller than a regular 2xl?? Usually is 26” across for a true 2xl

@eddychavez33 Yes, I would say it probably does fit smaller.It is a vintage piece, so I’m guessing it doesn’t correlate to modern sizing??? That is why I was sure to do the measurements.
