Pendleton vintage tartan red and navy pleated skirt

Vintage Pendleton pleated skirt. Red and navy 100% virgin wool made in the USA Size 6 ( please check the measurements. This fits like a size 4) high waisted This skirt hits just below the knee for me. Condition: Fair. The skirt has a few holes as shown in the pictures.
