Pendleton wool blue skirt lined with a blue silk lining. I believe it’s vintage. I can’t find anyone like it button on the waist and zippers on the side fringe on the bottom super fun for winter to wear boots this is something that will be in your wardrobe forever, it will never go out of style. A pair of boots looks so incredible.
