Penelope Chilvers Brown Leather Tassel Insulated Boots new without box size 37.5

Reposhing this item I purchased from @fatimahogun. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. They are lined in shearling, so they will be very warm for the winter months! I love these boots, but they are just too tight on my feet. I ordered them knowing that they were a size smaller than I normally wear, hoping that they would work.
