Penelope black and cream button down midi/maxi dress with belt size medium

Dress is in like new condition. It is fully lined. Belt can be taken off, but there are belt loops to keep it in place as seen in photos. Has a button closure on each sleeve as seen in photos so it can be opened and rolled up if you want. Buttons design goes from top to bottom of dress, but buttons by the skirt are fake and the skirt part of the dress is sewn closed so that there is no holes (buttons start to be ‘fake’ by the waist/where the belt is) DIMENTIONS: 18.5 inches pit to pit 24 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of sleeve 52 inches from top of shoulder to bottom.
