Penelope palm front wrap romper navy

tropical palm romper. xs. this is a very cute pattern romper. never got a chance to wear it out. I don't dress up as much but would be a cute vacation outfit. it's also a little loose on top as one reviewer said which I attached. you can see your bra depending on size. I'm a little heavy on top so if you are you probably would need to play with the straps. I tried doing a halter with the front straps and the back straps I looped around each front strap and tied in the back which looked nice. if you put bra tape I think it will hold.
