Pennsylvania Dutch cookbook

In the world of Pennsylvania Dutch cooking in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Edna Eby Heller is the classic writer. This rare cookbook, copyright 1960, with some revisions and later editions offers, classic recipes for such traditional regional dishes as Moravian sugar cakes, fasnaughts, pressed chicken, pot, pie dough, potato filling in much more. 64 pages in all, and in extremely good condition with the tiniest bit of wear around the edges. Mrs. Heller was an author of five PA Dutch Cookbooks, including The Art of Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking. She also lectured throughout Pennsylvania on Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, and contributed articles to numerous magazines and wrote a cooking column for Pennsylvania newspapers. She was the Food Editor for the Pennsylvania Dutch Folk Life Magazine. She died in 2013 at the age of 94.
