This is a rare, unique vintage Pennyrich set in excellent condition featuring black nylon tricot double layered and scalloped hems. The top has 3/4 flowy bell sleeves, a rounded neckline, and a tie just under the bust. The bottoms have an elastic waist and flowy wide legs. tag size petite. It measures out at a medium and could work as Capri bottoms for someone taller.
