@anannyaraman they are. 28 inch waist which is super low rise so basically the hip not natural waist and a 28 inch length

what are the measurements from top to bottom like how long the jeans are

@ggianna380 they measure 38 1/2 inches from the top to bottom from the back but as you can see in the pic the front is lower so from the front top to the bottom they are right at 36 inches. I hope that’s helps.
