Pepper Place Design Tan Collared Sweater Dress

New without tags, tan sweater dress with white collar. Never worn (I have a short torso and it just doesn't look right on me). I picked this up a few years ago at a boutique in Santa Cruz, I believe it's a local designer. It has some extremely light staining (see pics) on the collar which can probably be removed with a bleach pen. This is just from storage, not use. Size Medium, fits more like a Medium/Large in my opinion. Feel free to make offers and ask questions!
