This unique dress has body con features like cap sleeves, fitted torso, black contrast zippered front, but loosens up to a swing skirt with full slit pockets that haven’t been opened. This dress originally came with a black belt, but this dress will not be delivered with a belt. It does have belt loops. The measurements are 15@ shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 19” PTP, a tad over 17” from shoulder seam to waist seam, 17” across the waist and 22.5” from the waist to the bottom hem. Ask any questions!
