Per Una Green Stripe Bias Cut Circle Skirt Size 8

Classic full skirt. Slim stripes in shades of green with a blue and brown for contrast. Can be beautifully dressed up or down. Very small flaw in fabric. Center back, about 3.5 inches up from hem. This isn’t an actual hole as the fabric is still together - perhaps it was snagged on something or may have been a flaw from the factory. Approximate measurements with garment laid flat: Waist = 14 inches Length = 34 inches Any questions welcome!!
