PerSeption Concept Black Open Shoulder Dress M

Brand: PerSeption Concept Size: Medium Color: Black with Brass Rivets around the collar Material: Spandex? Dress is stretchy. Open shoulder sleeves. Brass colored rivets around the neckline. There is a 3 inch decorative hole in the cleavage area for design purposes. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Dress is short. I am 5'8" and it ends a good couple inches above my knee. Measurements for everything I could think of is shown in the pictures.
