Perceptions 3 piece suit

I bought this to wear to an event that I didn’t get to attend. It’s super cute, especially in person. There are some dark marks on the back of the top in the middle area. I do not know what they are or if they will come out. I just noticed them upon taking additional pictures. The jacket would cover it up. Reposhing this item I purchased from @mcrosland303.
