Gorgeous, bright tropical floral print Sleeveless Cocktail Dress by Perceptions NY, Women's Size 8. This empire waist dress has a flowy skirt, beaded details on waist front, and wonderful stretchy fabric that makes it easy to wear and a flattering fit. It was my favorite dress-- until I gained my COVID 30 lbs lol!! (Not enough stretch for that...) I bought it new; it's in good used condition with no notable flaws.
