Perceptions New York, Special Occasion dress with matching shrug jacket.

Details upon details from floral lace bodice to ruching on jacket sleeves & dress waist. Light weight jacket is styled like a shrug with 3/4 length sleeves. There is give in the material so it does stretch. The cut of the slip-on dress is very flattering. I wore it to the symphony & and a holiday party and received many compliments. Both pieces are unlined. Until I moved the dress to a brighter spot for a couple new pictures, I never noticed 2 small snags in the silver thread on the bodice.
