Perceptions New York size 14 dress, red, black, grey white, stretchy material

This is a Perceptions New York dress size 14. It is gently used but looks brand new. There are no tags listing what material it is. The material is stretchy, and thin but not too thin. The faux belt buckle is lightweight and feels like it is plastic. It does not come off and is attached to the dress. Width at the faux belt is approximately 15 1/4 inches. Top of the dress to the bottom is approximately 49 1/4 inches. Armpit to armpit is approximately 18 inches wide.
