Perceptions Woman Floral Stretchy Dress EUC 2X

This dress is beautiful. No flaws. Looks great worn with a jacket or worn alone. It measures 26" underarm to underarm and waist measures 26". it is 41" long and hips are full. The material tag isn't readable but I would say it is polyester and spandex 💜
