Perfect 90s spaghetti strap floral dress! Size 4/6

This dress is 90s clueless perfection. Black with white flowers, spaghetti strap with a slight flare at the bottom, zip up back and a slight sweetheart neckline. Anne Taylor size 6 but I’d say it’s more like a 4. Wear over a white baby tee with patent leather doc martens and you’re ready to go!
