This orange and black polka dot Gowntown dress is a DREAM! 🧡🖤 NO idea the material but it is very forgiving/stretchy and super comfy. Definitely cotton and spandex but also maybe some rayon? Orange and black, super cute and retro swing style dress. Amazing for Halloween! Measurements laid flat: armpit to armpit is 13.5”, shoulder to hem is roughly 41”, cap sleeves. Back zip is about 17.5”.
