Little black cocktail dress from express! Hugs the curves but has nice stretch. The shirred chiffon-like fabric that runs down the center (front and back) gives a very flattering look! Could be worn to work with a blazer and then accessorized for an evening out! Beautiful details on the cap sleeves too. Worn once.
