Perfect Little Black Vintage Dress, 1970s

The Perfect Little Black Vintage Dress, 1970s, beautiful sheer sleeves and sheer pleated, ruffled skirt over solid black polyester. Faux diamond buttons on front and one on each sleeve. The dress was worn one time. The paint on the zipper is a little worn but not noticeable because it hides under the flap. This dress is in excellent condition. Size 17/18. International ladies garment working union.
