Perfect NWT black & red skirt ♥️♠️

Adorable black & red mini skirt that I bought in college and just never got around to wearing...would totally keep if it still fit. The black is a lacy-style material overlaid on the red fabric, with black elastic waistband....looks more expensive than it is!
