Perfect Pencil Dress

only worn once or twice for an occasion. hung dry only. true to size for a size 4 or 2. I am 5'7" and the length was perfect. It is super comfortable and not restricting you can dress up or down, Great for layering. The shoulder cut is meant to slightly be on top of the outer shoulder not on the arm for an elegant collar line. The material used is not thin so it is not showy for the undergarments worn. Really love this dress just not my size anymore. true to black and not a worn black.
