Perfect Summer Dress for all Occasions: STAUD Harper dress, Size 2 NWT

I bought this lovely cotton dress to wear to an event that was postponed because of COVID. It’s so pretty with runched 3/4 sleeves. It is a pretty versatile dress and can be worn with anything from cute flats, sandals, or I'd planned to wear it with my low top Converse. The dress has never been worn (thanks to pandemic pounds). I hope someone would be interested in giving this dress a new home.
