Perfect circle skirt for fall! It has pockets!

Beautiful green circle skirt with plenty of volume that is perfect for fall - looks cute with sneakers, loafers, or boots! Bought from ModCloth a long time ago but is still in good condition though inside label is detaching and size is missing. I believe it is a small. See measurements below. Waist is elastic in the back and waistband has cute belt loops that look great with a belt. Pockets are generous sized and fit a phone.
