Perfect condition midi length periwinkle gown

This is an amazing dress for a prom, wedding party, or other event. It was initially drawn to it for the color, it's a beautiful lavender/periwinkle color, but also fell in love with the feel. It has that good heavy feeling of a well made dress with a liner and perfectly pleated skirt. The waist and neckline are cinched with elastic and the straps are just fabric.
