Perfect for Winter Velvet Dress

Perfect for ❄️ and 🎄time velvet dress! I wore this to a Christmas party last year and got a ton of compliments. Looks greats with booties and heels. It's only been worn once since I live in California and velvet can be too heavy for our warm winters. Details: it's a size small and was bought from a boutique in Santa Monica. It has snap buttons for the high neck and sleeves. The color is between a maroon and red. It can be machine washed on cold and should be hung up for drying.
