tina181989 @ginabono I lay it flat it was 22 inch (but my toddler was bothering me) I hanged it in a hanger it was 20 inch.But it’s for sure somewhere around 22 because laying it flat it’s the correct way to measure.I will re-measure again now

tina181989 @ginabono as you thought me😍,I lay it flat so it’s shows 21 inch.But also the fabric is stretchy.I don’t think this type of measuring arm pit to arm pit gives you exact size I don’t know why people keep requesting it like that 😂.I wore this jacket when I was size 12.But I am sure it’s supposed to be for size 10 girls.
