Lightweight navy blue windbreaker-type jacket. Mesh vent in back. Front closes with zipper and with Velcro. Cuffs are elastic and Velcro. Hem can be adjusted with cord to tighten against gusty winds. 29” long, sleeve is 26”, 25” across chest, 24” across bottom. Excellent condition, hardly worn.
