Perfect spring dress: Vintage 100% wool knee-length coral dress with cap sleeves

I bought this at a vintage store in San Francisco and it’s truly one of a kind and so perfect for spring and summer! The brand is Darling Ruth which I can’t find anything about online, but based on the sizing and the amazing quality of the dress I think this is potentially handmade. I love the peach zipper detail and the under bust seams, as well as the vertical seams along the back that add to an hourglass shape. I love this dress but my style is more masculine! Size is M but fits more like S. For reference I have a 34” bust, 27” waist and 38” hips but it’s a little loose.
