Perfect spring/summer blue floral patterned New York & company long skirt (med)

Beautiful blue and white floral pattern long skirt from New York and company size medium. Lightweight with solid inner blue slip/shell and is not see through despite the light fabric. Elastic back waistband. Previously worn but in excellent condition from smoke free home.
