Perfect spring/summer lace-up top w peplum detail

This top pairs perfectly with shorts, skirts, and pants for summer and spring. It is white with navy pattern on it. It isn’t see through and hits right at the waistband of most bottoms. I bought it at a local boutique and it is in perfect condition. I’m 5’10, size 4/Small, 35-26-36.
