Perfect springtime dress

the sweetest little blue dress, hesitated listing this one but it’s only lived in my closet and it deserves to be adored. The neckline and flower design on the front is so delicate and sweet imo Fabric is soft and incredibly light, a perfect springtime wear. I initially bought this for a wedding but never wore Sized as small, but I’d say this runs a tad larger than my typical smalls - that may be due to lack of chest to fill it out on my end :)
