Perfect summer dress from Charter Club.

This polka dot dress is just perfect for the summer and early fall!! With side pockets and a ribbon belt (optional) one can’t go wrong no matter what occasion it is worn for. Also note that this dress was barely worn and just like new. It would also fit a size 14 perfectly!!
