Perfect summer mini dress with floral print and v

I bought this dress at a boutique in Florence, Italy. It's a very cute floral print, v-neck line, cinched waist and cap sleeves. It's a bit sheer so I usually will wear it with a slip underneath. There's no size listed but it would be best for XS or S.
