Perfect work blouse

Mandarin collar with a tie at the neck. Keyhole button down in the front. Beige with a beautiful black floral print. Very light weight!! Would look fabulous with black shorts, jeans, or that perfect black pencil skirt!! Purchased from a fellow posher over a year ago. Top is slim fitting and unfortunately wouldn't fit over my bust (large C).
