Perfectly Dressed Little Girls Pink & Black velvet dress. We called this her Breakfast at Tiffany’s dress. Reminded me of Audrey Hepburn with the sweet little square rhinestone buckle at the empire waist. Impeccable attention to detail, underlining is French seamed , which I 💖. The underskirt is a pretty pink, with the sheer, French seamed overlay. The top is black velvet with the square rhinestone detail and it’s tied in the back.
