Perfectly Priscilla Boutique off the shoulder Maxi tiered Color block Dress

I adored this dress, but didn’t like the way it looked on my broad shoulders! It’s absolutely gorgeous in person and has never been worn. This dress is from a boutique called perfectly priscilla, and is currently on sale on their website for almost 50 dollars for two smaller sizes. It has a slip underneath and is solid and comfortable. With these colors, it makes a wonderful transition piece!
