Perfectly Priscilla paisley maxi ruffle off-shoulder dress

NWT Perfectly Priscilla maxi ruffled off-shoulder dress. Material is a thick polyester. Bottom half of dress is pleated and has horsehair or something similar to keep the bottom ruffled and pretty. Dress gives me fancy boho vibes dues to the cute paisley design on fancier materials. Tag sewn on dress says 2x and paper tag attached says 16/18. I am a 16/18/1x/2x and can fit it.
