Performance Bike padded mountain biking shorts M

Performance Bike mountain biking cargo shorts. Soft outer with front pockets, side cargo pockets and pack flap pocket with velcro. Inner stretchy lining with padded crotch. Elasticated legs, in full working order, but one section is missing the grippy elastic weave. Elasticated waistband with drawstring. Labeled as a large, but laid flat, waist measures 16", and stretches to 19". I think this would fit most comfortable as a medium. outer length 22". Inseam 10". I had a similar pair for ladies, so these are probably Y2K circa 2000s. Cycling shorts. Black with contrasting white stitching.
