Periwinkle Polka Dot Retro Swing Dress

This rockabilly / retro swing dress has a boat neck, full lining, and full, A-line skirt. Modest with a high neck and below the knee hem. Color is a cornflower or periwinkle blue. Missing materials tag but I believe the shell is cotton and the lining is polyester. 🔹Tag says size 6 but fits like a size 4!🔹 Excellent condition but missing belt.
